Through the concept of entrapment -being entrapped and entrapping- I approached my works by asking questions like how can I connect with the human body, how can I get in touch with it, why do I need certain concepts to do so, and what am I aiming for. In the following process, I continued to search within myself the concept of entrapment through body size and our society's perception of beauty - definitions of "standard" and "normal" imposed on us.
