I believe, as a material, ceramic offers the artist endless variety of possibilities - both practically and intellectually - in the field of art. I see it as a mystical body of information with unique codes that can witness every moment, each process and space in our lives. The themes in my works are related to the forms into which old sacred beliefs and dogmas have evolved in the course of their thousand-year journey. The themes are also the representations of and search for the equivalents of these forms in contemporary reality.
